Who we are

We are a membership organisation which seeks to bring together voluntary and community groups to work with local authorities and other statutory bodies. We are open and democratic, financially transparent and anyone can join us. We have a written constitution and we are legally recognised as a “Community Interest Company”. Day-to-day decisions are taken by a management committee, members of which are elected every year.

What we do

We look for ways to help the town, the people who live here and visitors to Diss. We give small grants to help projects which improve peoples’ lives; we organise festivals and celebrations; we apply for funds which are then used to make the town a better place in which to live; we encourage community groups to identify and meet local needs.
